I have over 25 years experience in the home building business. I oversee Kaine’s construction crews to ensure that every home is completed on time. All homebuyers will meet with me during their lot walk, and will work with me during the construction of their new home. I am committed to building a quality home, with a special attention to detail that ensures the complete satisfaction of every homebuyer.
Director of Finance & Administration
I joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2003 bringing with me over 20 years experience in the Accounting and Human Resources fields. I have a degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. I oversee the daily operations of Kaine’s finances and administration.
Design Center Manager
I joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2003. I bring over 15 years of interior design experience to the Kaine team, along with an Interior Design degree from Brigham Young University. All homebuyers will meet with me during the homebuilding process, where I will assist in the design and selection of the elements that go into every new home.
I joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2005 after working for 7 years in the commercial interior design market. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. I am a certified Interior Designer by NCIDQ. I have over 10 years of experience working with computer aided design software and prepare Kaine Home's architectural documents.
Sales & Marketing Associate
I joined Kaine Homes in June of 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Associate. I have 6 years of sales experience as well as general office administration. I assist in the day to day functions in the model home and also assist in generating content for the Kaine blog and other web outlets.
I joined the family business in 1982. As the president of Kaine Homes, I established future corporate growth initiatives and seek opportunities for the acquisition of land, financing, and key personnel. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and have over 30 years experience in the real estate business. My leadership and ability to evolve Kaine Homes with the changing desires of the modern homebuyer has helped Kaine Homes continue its over 50 years of successful service in Southern Maryland.
Customer Service Manager & Budget Coordinator
I joined Kaine Homes in the summer of 2003. With a degree in Business Administration, I have over 10 years of accounting and customer relations experience. I take all warranty calls, and will organize the resolution of all warranty issues.
I joined Kaine in the fall of 2002 as part of Northern High School’s Cooperative Education Program. Following my graduation from Northern in 2003 I became a permanent full-time member of the Kaine team. I oversee the new home permit and inspection process as well as general office administration.
