We had our walk through yesterday of our new home and I enjoyed it very much.   Jim and Richard are so fantastic and I quite enjoyed them both yesterday.  They pay so much attention to detail, so honest, and quite comical.  They are so down to earth and I felt so comfortable with them.  My husband gets the pleasure of communicating with all of you (especially Jim).  Kaine has the most fantastic people working for them (including yourselves).  My husband and I really appreciate all of your professionalism and knowledge.  Jim and Richard really, really impress me and I'm so fascinated over how much they pay attention to detail and how honest they are.  Jim and Richard really, really impress me and I'm so fascinated over how much they pay attention to detail and how honest they are.  If they don't know something, they just say, "I don't know" which I like, because I know they are speaking the truth instead of trying to give me a dishonest answer.   Please pass on to Jim and Richard just much I enjoyed yesterday and my husband and I are looking forward to next Friday.

I am writing to express our profound satisfaction with our Kaine Home.  The finished product was beyond our expectation.  We were so EXCITED to see OUR home on September 14, 2007.  I know that this was the home that God wanted us to have for our family.  He allowed the entire building process to go unscathed and allowe the delivery date to be as scheduled.  We really appreciate how we were able to see different parts of the building process come to fruition with Jim or Richard there to explain anything we did not quite understand.

Dear Sir,

We would like to take the opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience we had building our home with your company.  From the point of selecting a home site to the delivery of the end product, your staff showed extreme professionalism with the ability to still make us feel like they knew they were building our home.  Your sales staff was excellent at fielding all of our questions without making us feel pressured to make a decision.  Once the contract was signed and it became time to make the selections for our home, Shannon Pasch was so helpful in choosing the design for our home.  She made it so easy for us to vision our dream and put it together.  In the field, Jim and Richard were very knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns.  When problems arose as they inevitably will, they addressed the issues and made us feel like it was under control and would be handled appropriately.

 We want to tell you what an asset Jim is to your company, but I'm sure you recognize this already.  As busy as he is overseeing the progress of your home sites, Jim responds to every issue an every question as if you're the only people he's working with.  He makes you feel comfortable about the way things are going because he keeps you totally informed as to what is happening in the construction process and he addresses any issue with confidence and concern and makes you feel like it's in good hands.  He gave us deadlines and progress schedules that we met or exceeded every time.  His dedication to detail in commendable.

The finished product, our home, is everything that we hoped it would be.  When we took possession of our home, Jim Trotter, Richard Day and Stacey walked us through everything in our home and showed us the attention that was paid to every detail.  There of course have been small issues that needed attention in the home.  We have been amazed at how quickly your staff and subcontractors have responded to the minor issues we've found with the home.  It's clear that it is important to the company that we are happy with the produt that you've delivered.  We know that we made the right choice in deciding to build with your company.
