• Earn 3% of the total sales price of each home you sell, not the home’s base price. This commission is paid at the time of settlement, and is exclusive of any additional commission arrangements between you and your client.
• Enjoy generous broker bonuses on the sale of select Kaine Homes. Please contact our Director of Sales for details on available Broker Bonuses.
• Exclusive Broker services such as personalized flyers and more!
• Receive periodic Broker eUpdates. Since incentives and bonuses vary, and are often available on a limited-time basis, we encourage participants in our Family Matters Program to be included on our broker email list. By providing us with your email address, you will be signed up to receive periodic communications that provide useful information on new communities, current broker incentives and bonuses, as well as a listing of available Move In Now homes.
