BROOKE KAINE: President
Brooke joined the family business in 1982. As the president of Kaine Homes, Brooke establishes future corporate growth initiatives and seeks opportunities for the acquisition of land, financing, and key personnel. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and has over 30 years experience in the real estate business. Brooke's leadership and ability to evolve Kaine Homes with the changing desires of the modern homebuyer has helped Kaine Homes continue its 51 years of successful service in Southern Maryland.
 
DON PARSONS: Director of Land and Business Development
Don came to Kaine Homes in 2004 after working as the Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for seven years at Mercantile Southern Maryland Bank.  Don is a 1981 graduate of Shepherd College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  In 2003, he received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland. Don serves on the Board of Directors at Calvert Memorial Hospital and the Maryland Hospital Association.  He also serves as Chariman of the Foundation Board of Directors for the College of Southern Maryland. 
 
FRANCES ("FRAN") FOLKEE: Director of Sales, Marketing & Design
Fran joined Kaine Homes in January 2000. With over 14 years of Land Development and New Home Construction experience, she manages the daily operations of the Sales, Marketing and Design departments. Fran understands the desires of new homebuyers, and with that knowledge she focuses Kaine's sales strategies, marketing and new home designs accordingly. Her goal is to manage her team to meet the expectations of every homeshopper and homebuyer with whom Kaine Homes has the privilege of doing business.  Fran is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of the National Association of Reators and the Souther Maryland Association of Realtors. 
 
CHRISTINE HYSAN: Director of Finance and Administration
Christine joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2003 bringing with her close to 23 years experience in the Accounting and Human Resources fields. She has a degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Christine oversees the daily operations of Kaine’s finances and administration. 
 
JAMES ("JIM") W. TROTTER: Director, Field Operations
Jim has over 23 years experience in the home building business.  He oversees Kaine’s construction crews to ensure that every home is completed on time. All homebuyers will meet with Jim during their lot walk, and will work with him during the construction of their new home. Jim is committed to building a quality home, with a special attention to detail that ensures the complete satisfaction of every homebuyer.
 
KELLY WALKER: New Home Advisor
Kelly comes to Kaine Homes with over 6 years combined administrative and construction experience. Kelly is a 2004 Washington College graduate receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, and a 2002 graduate from Anne Arundel Community college receiving an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.  Kelly is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  Kelly is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. 
 
SHANNON PASCH: Design Center Manager
Shannon joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2003. Shannon brings 13 years of interior design experience to the Kaine team, along with an Interior Design degree from Brigham Young University. All homebuyers will meet with Shannon during the homebuilding process, where she will assist in the design and selection of the elements that go into every new home.
 
ERIN MORGAN: Architecural Designer
Erin joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2005 after working for 7 years in the commercial interior design market. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She is a certified Interior Designer by NCIDQ. Erin has 12 years of experience working with computer aided design software and prepares Kaine Home's architectural documents.
 
STACEY DOWNING: Customer Service Manager & Budget Coordinator
Stacey joined Kaine Homes in the summer of 2003. With a degree in Business Administration, Stacey has 10 years of accounting and customer relations experience. Stacey takes all warranty calls, and will organize the resolution of all warranty issues.
 
TIFFANI ACCIPITER: Office Coordinator
Tiffani joined Kaine in the fall of 2002 as part of Northern High School’s Cooperative Education Program. Following her graduation from Northern in 2003 she became a permanent full-time member of the Kaine team. Tiffani oversees the new home permit and inspection process as well as general office administration.
 
RICHARD DAY: Construction Superintendent
With a certification from Virginia Tech University and 42 years of experience, Richard brings a lot of value to the Kaine team as he supervises and assists construction activities on all new homes.
 
ERIC DIBETETTO: Construction Assistant
Eric assists and supports the Construction Superintendents, as well as helps to maintain the appearance of Kaine's communities, homesites and model home.
 
ROBIN HOOD: Construction Assistant
Robin assists and supports the Construction Superintendents, as well as helps to maintain the appearance of Kaine's communities, homesites and model home.
 
BILL CAMPBELL: Finish Carpenter/Customer Service
Bill joined Kaine Homes in the spring of 2005. He has 20 years experience in custom interior woodworking, with two awards from the Washington Building Congress. Bill brings a level of excellence and an eye for detail that Kaine Homes demands.
